Questions
Can I start with just an online or phone consultation?
Yes. We offer online consultations before your first visit. Please note that online consultations are charged separately.
Can I come from elsewhere in Japan or from overseas? How many visits will I need?
Yes. We welcome patients from across Japan and overseas. Because your cells are cultured for about one month after fat collection, collection and treatment take place on separate visits. We will let you know in advance how many visits and how long a stay your treatment requires.
Can a family member or representative consult with you or attend the explanation?
Yes. Family members or representatives may consult with us, and they are welcome to attend the explanation together with the patient.
I live overseas. How can I start a consultation?
Feel free to reach out anytime. You can contact us in Chinese or English via Instagram direct message, our official LINE account, or WhatsApp. To book an appointment, please use the booking form on our website or call +81-3-6263-9219.
Can I receive consultations and care in languages other than Japanese?
Yes. We offer support in Chinese and English, from your first inquiry through consultation and post-treatment guidance. Medical interpretation services are available for an additional fee. Please contact us for further details.
Do I need a medical interpreter if I don’t speak Japanese? Can I arrange my own?
If you’re unable to communicate comfortably in Japanese, a medical interpreter is required for your consultation and treatment. This helps your doctor understand your symptoms and medical history, and ensures you understand your treatment options, potential risks and aftercare instructions. For your safety, we cannot provide consultations or treatment without a medical interpreter present. You’re welcome to bring your own medical interpreter, please let us know when booking. We can also arrange one for you for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
Can I visit the clinic without an appointment?
Our clinic is open by appointment only. Please book ahead, as we may not be able to see you or provide treatment if you arrive without an appointment. You can contact us through our website, by phone, or via LINE or WhatsApp to ask a question or book an appointment. Our team can assist you in Japanese, Chinese and English.
Do I need to bring anything on the day of my appointment?
Please bring a valid form of identification, such as a driving licence, health insurance card, My Number Card or residence card. If you’re visiting from overseas, please bring your passport.
Is there a fee for the initial consultation?
The initial consultation fee is ¥3,300, and follow-up consultations are ¥2,200. All fees include tax. The initial consultation fee applies even if you do not proceed with treatment.
How can I book an appointment?
You can book through our website or by phone. We also accept enquiries and appointment requests via Instagram DM, LINE and WhatsApp. Our team can assist you in English, Japanese and Chinese. If you have any questions before booking, please feel free to contact us.
Which payment methods are accepted at your clinic?
We accept cash, credit cards, transit IC cards (such as Suica and PASMO), UnionPay, iD, QR code payments and QUICPay.
Can I wear makeup to my appointment?
Yes, you can wear makeup to your appointment. If you need to remove it before treatment, we have a dedicated area with makeup remover and skincare products available. You can also freshen up here after treatment. Please bring your own makeup if you would like to touch up before leaving. Depending on your treatment, you may need to avoid applying makeup for a while. Our team will let you know when it is safe to do so.
Can I have an IV drip or other treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not offer certain treatments, including some IV therapies, during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please do reach us before booking to check whether the treatment you would like is available to you.
Can I have multiple IV treatments or injections during the same visit?
Yes, some treatments can be combined in one visit. Your doctor will discuss your options with you during your consultation and confirm which combinations are suitable for you.
