What payment methods are available?
We accept cash, credit cards, transportation IC cards, UnionPay, iD, QR code payments, and QUICPay.
Do I need to bring anything on the day of my appointment?
Please present a valid form of identification, such as your health insurance card or driver’s license.
Can I visit the clinic without an appointment?
Our clinic operates by appointment only. Please make a reservation in advance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
How can I make an appointment?
Please make your reservation through our online booking system.
Is the consultation free of charge?
For regenerative IV therapy and regenerative aesthetic treatments, the initial consultation fee is ¥3,300 and the follow-up consultation fee is ¥5,500, both including tax. For regenerative stem cell therapy (cell culture therapy), the initial and follow-up consultation fees are both ¥11,000, including tax.
Should I come to the clinic without makeup?
This may vary depending on the treatment, but you are welcome to come with makeup on, as we can guide you to our powder room. You may also use the powder room after your treatment. Please bring your own makeup products.
Can I receive IV therapy if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Some treatments may not be available during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Please contact us by phone in advance for further information.
Can I receive multiple IV drips or injections?
It is possible to receive multiple IV drips on the same day. After you visit our clinic, we will confirm the appropriate treatment plan during your consultation.
